Network configuration setup

I need feedback on the planned network configuration. If I have read the posts correctly I should be able to set this network up as drawn. Also I would have dhcp enabled on the router. Do I need to do anything for the hybrid ip address or will it accept the assigned ip address from the router? Any other problems that anyone may see with this setup?
