I have linuxmce re install and  i don't download mythtv download
I think mythtv package broken Huh

I have blu ray drive how play blu ray disk under  linuxmce or rip blu ray disc I don't understand this party

Correct, you can't rip or play blu ray with linux mce (yet).  Don't blame LinuxMCE or linux, blame the movie industry.  You can rip blu ray movies then copy the video to lmce and play it, MakeMKV just added what appears to be very good blu ray support and runs under Linux as well as Windows (and maybe OSX?).  Beyond that, search, it's been discussed plenty.
