I am trying to netboot this as a Media Director. It fails where it is trying to load NIC drivers, first ne.ko, eexpress.ko, and tlan.ko.

I located 8139cp.ko and 8139too.ko and r8169.kp drivers in /home/diskless/31/lib/modules/2.6.16.20-pluto-1-686/kernel/drivers/net directory.

I suspect that we need r1000.ko for this card. Realtek posted drivers at http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

How do I prep to support this card.

Hi,

sorry for being offtopic. Could you please post your experiences (when you get it working of course) with core 2 mobo ?

I'd be interested in power consumption too, if you have any chance to measure that....

Thanks in advance,

regards,

Rob.
