Email Client

Description
Have a tab or button on the home screen to pull up a full screen email client. With the ability to read/write delete etc.

GE Alarm Panel integration

Description


Not sure how much reach Google Summer of Code has, but if a student would like to tackle this project (or any other alarm manufacturer), I'd bet GE would love to cooperate with Google and provide at min. specs and probably a sample panel to work with.

Idea

Baby phone

Description

Just put a camera / mic to monitor a child and notify the user (connected mobile or orbitor) when activity happens. Then you could see through the camera and maybe have 2 way voice/video if that is available in the room.
