its certainly something that LinuxMCE could be used to do, and along with the Asterisk integration, tell the house automatically to call your neighbours or emergency services. However, that's not proof-positive, as there are plenty of other systems that could have been used to do the same thing. If the term "video feed" is acurate, then it probably wasn't LMCE...
