Hi,

I am using 0810 alpha and in my version Amazon is broken. Therefore I use IMDB import for my DVD's. Unfortunately the text is somehow not in the correct format.

I have a DVD Wall-E. When I search for Wall-E and store it, then it is called: Wall·E

I assume it is the Internet notation for special signs that is not translated. The same happens for actors and other text.
Any idea how to fix this ?

Greetings

On your core and MDs run:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Amazon was fixed a few weeks ago, there's a trac ticket out there for IMDB special character import: http://trac.linuxmce.org/trac.cgi/ticket/176

Hi Murdock,

thanks for showing me the link Smiley

Last time I tried an update on my test maschine it broke something. And I read quite some people haveing problems after updates. So I am not sure that I will try that update yet Wink As almost everything else is working.
