Hallo

 I  cant get my display perfect...

Using

nvdia 5600, Samsung 32 lcd screen. and svideo connection..

In ms windows i cut get all the way to the edges and perfect 16:9 picture..

but now it's like i cant get it the last 1 cm on each site filled top and bottum are ok..

Any sugestions ?

to shrink the whole orbiter to fit the screen you can start the 'audio&video' wizard from advanced options screen (click on pluto logo from bottom left). use - and + to resize the screen. this action will add a paramaeter in orbiter to reduce size with a certain %.
after you finish this the screen orbitergen will make new screens with new dimensions.
