I installed Kubuntu 8.10 and followed the instructions on http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/LinuxMCE-0810_alpha2#20090601_.28alpha_2.22.29.

It goes well up to the point where i run into a unmet dependency:

Code:
Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...
Reading state information...
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
ssl-cert: Depends: openssl-blacklist but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
#### Package  failed (/tmp/tmp.RbtsQ27842) - We wait 10sec and try again - to stop retrying press Ctrl-C.
^C

I installed the pakage by hand again, but it still fails:

Code:
stony@cinema:~/Dokumente$ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/openssl-blacklist_0.4.2_all.deb
stony@cinema:~/Dokumente$ sudo apt-get -f install openssl-blacklist
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut
Lese Status-Informationen ein... Fertig
stony@cinema:~/Dokumente$

Any suggestions?
