Hello,

I am a new user to Linux MCE and was wondering if there are any good places for pre-configured machines to run it? I was browsing the marketplace here and saw a few options and just figured I'd ask. I'm looking for a core right now, and will probably only have one or two media directors attached that.

Thanks in advance.

We are the company that built the Fiire Inviisible boxes and did a few months of order fulfillment for they're other off the shelf systems before they went of business. We are in the business of building systems and can help but in talking with Thom... it was our understanding that some work would have to be done to provide driver support for the latest version of LMCE to work with modern hardware. Anyway, we can build the former machines which were known to work with the previous version or anything specified that is confirmed to work with the new version.

Harvdog13,

I am selling an excellent, barely used Core machine that runs 0810 just fine. I'll ship it to you with LMCE already installed, so you'll just start up the machine and the initial setup wizard will start. It just needs a $20 Audigy Sound Card and it's ready to go.

I'm Cylon7 in the chat room, or email me at Kevin *at* ApolloSmartHomes -dot- com.

Good luck,

Hi harvdog,

If you have not already found pre-built machines that suit your needs then take a look at our offer at the top of this section of the forum (there is also a URL to it in my footer below).

All the best
