Anyone have any thoughts on what might happen if i try and upgrade the kernel myself?  It seems that a few people have got the Kworld card working under linux using a newer version of the kernel with the V4l libs.

Im not sure if the following error will add any more detail for anyone (as im pretty much running out of ideas), but i had to restart my Hybrid today and during the start up process the following was returned;

af9015: command failed:2

It was just before the orbiter generation process stated.

Anyone?  I am really lost with this issue now, i dont want to launch into a kernel upgrade without understanding what might happen to MCE and if the feeling is it wont effect my Kworld functionality!

Very much lost at the moment on this issue.
