I've been using VDR for about five years and I'm very happy with it. I have also done some home automation at my home and Pluto seems to be a great  way of combining this issue. After spending some time trying to install and set up a working Pluto environment some questions obviously came up Wink

This is what I want to accomplish:

* One Core with a 2TB RAID 5 HD-rack connected via SCSI. 1 Hauppauge Nexus-S fullfeature DVB-S card with CI. 1 Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T card. 1 Skystar2 DVB-S card.

* Multiple diskless MD's without DVB cards.

* I wan't to run VDR only as a viewer for TV. No Mythv at all preferably.

Is it possible to have all the DVB cards in the core only? If so, how to set things up.

Is there any support for Hauppage Media-MVP?

If this is not doable, how would you propose to set things up.

Sincerely,

Nivis
