Technically I believe just about any product could work with LMCE.... if you do the programming. As far as out of the box solutions, the USBUIRT is your best bet as it is known to be fully functional oob. FWIW,  i have never seen any info on this forum about that specific IR unit so you can either buy what is known to work, or buy that one and blaze a trail for others to follow.

As Krys says...pretty much anything can be made to work with LinuxMCE if you have the 'will and the time' to do some work on it.

This looks to be a pretty standard remote + Transceiver package... so it should work fine. If it doesn't you can follow my wiki article on adding support for this transceiver here http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Adding_a_New_MCE_Compatible_Transceiver

I would be a little cautious.

I have a MCE remote that has a reciver with blaster and can not get it to blast automatically.  I believe others have this issue.
