Asterisk SQL password
« on: May 18, 2008, 08:07:18 pm »
Hi,
When browsing through the screens of FreePBX, I keep getting a warning about the standard SQL password for asterisk. What is the best way to change this password? It's easy to do so when you're just dealing with asterisk, but I am afraid I will break the integration with other LMCE stuff if I change the password. Is that fear justified? If yes, it would be great if an asterisk expert could let us know how to do this.
Cheers
Mark

bump

In general, it'd be good to know just how closely integrated freepbx and asterisk are in the LMCE system -- could I experiment with a newer freepbx, for example?

Assuming you mean in 0810...
I am running a Dianemo system, so I'll try it when Andrew thinks I should  ;)
