When my MD starts I get a grey screen with a blue bar with the title orbiterGL in the middle at the top of the screen.  The blue bar appears and dissapeares over and over and thats all I get.  I have searched the forums here for someone with a similar situation with a solution and have not been able to find one.  I am useing a nvidia 6200 and am quite frankly stuck.  Help!

Hi,

Are you running LMCE 710?

If this is the first time you are creating the MD give it time.  To build the screen orbiter for the first time can take 20 minutes or so.

What does <CTRL/ALT>F8 show?

Yes that is the version of linuxMCE I am running.  When I do ctrl alt f8 I get a black screen with a blinking curser.  Any ideas?

By the way it has been way longer than 20 minutes to generate the orbiter on the MD.

Hi 'Original nick'  Tongue,

Are you trying to use UI2 with alpha blending on an Intel GMA ?
