ANN: Screen Capture Camera device.

I have whipped up a quick device in 0810 that exposes the media director's screen as a security camera.

I will be using this functionality for UI research and testing, BUT maybe you guys can find other uses for it.

Adding it is as simple as going into Wizard > Surveillance Cameras and adding the camera to a room with a media director. Once the router reloads and orbiters regenerate, you see a new camera button. You can then view the screen of that media director.
