Hi

can the upc (aka ntl,chorus  ),dvr box be hook up to linux mce using serial cable , does any  one have this done .this world be great to use with linux mce


please advise

If you have the codes to remotely control the box via the RS-232 port, you can include it into LMCE

Control codes you send over RS-232, for example a receiver might implement \x04PON\x05 to power on.
