I just added a USB printer to my core and shared it over the network. I made a wiki to help anyone that might have problems.

Hi cool addition. It is pointing to a category printers that does not exist yet. Who could add a catergory printers to the wiki. I tried but I could not make a copy from the mainboards for example to create it.

How about creating a printer DCE device type, that was a valid media player for media of type Pictures (and maybe later Documents if that ever gets re-added). Then you could install the printer in a Room/EA called something like "Printer". Then from any of the Orbiters, control that "Room", call up Pictures (or Documents) and "Play" them, and the printer would print them out for you... Smiley bit obscure?

I think they should be "played" on the MD (which currently doesn't work I think) but a "Print" button might be a nice feature.

Printing "media" might be nice anyway... This could end up in printing your photos, a video screen shot, the cover of a dvd/cd... Smiley
