Alright so I was finally kind of successful getting a device to work with LMCE, my camera works, but it drops out and loses the connection after about 2 minutes of viewing.  Is there some explanation for why this is happening?  I can view it a long a I want going directly to its web interface but for some reason LMCE says "Connection lost to camera".

I set the camera up by adding a motion wrapper to my hybrid then adding a generic analog camera to the motion wrapper.  Please any advice would be greatly appreciated, I've checked everything I can think of so I'm hoping it is some silly setting I've missed.  Smiley

RESOLVED:  I had to set the camera's resolution to 640x480, the default setting was causing the camera to lock up constantly.

I also wrote up a Wiki page on setting the up the DCS-920 located here:http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/D-Link_DCS-920

Now back to this pesky alarm panel...

I've been trying to get a DCS-20 setup and configured.  I've created the Motion Wrapper and the Generic Camera, however I get no picture at all.  I've tried to go to your wiki writeup but it's not displayed.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
