I know that the default set up in LMCE is with a DHCP server running, but would the silicon dust HDhomerun still work when dhcp is turned off?  Just curious because my college dorm does not allow routers (I don't know why), so I have to turn off the routing function of LMCE when I go back.

It won't be detected automatically, and will have to be added manually.
