I have built my first media director using  a Dell Inspiron 8100 which has a Geforce 2 card with both a standard VGA output and Svideo output.

I can get a picture out when using the VGA output, but can anybody tell me how to force an output from the SVideo output?  There doesn't seem to be any way of controlling it from the Pluto admin "media director" section.

This link could be useful: http://www.linuxhardware.org/article.pl?sid=01/05/29/2147241&mode=thread

There's no option currently in Pluto to do this for you automatically.
