Use the 64 bit linux mce distrobution?
« on: November 30, 2008, 12:23:27 pm »
Hello,
I have building an amd x2 based hybrid.  Is the 64 bit install any more or less stable than the 32 bit version?  Any reason to use one over the other?  Do all the other media directors need to be 64 bit also, since they net boot from the hybrid, or can the media director boot images be 32 bit even under a 64 bit os?

Thanks

stick with the 32bit one, really no need for the 64bit one for what we need in lmce.

I currently have the 64 bit version installed as my hybrid core, in the near future when 8.10 comes out is there a way I can go back to 32 bit through the upgrade process without having to wipe my system?
Core: Broken :(
