The "Wiki / Documentation" section on the web site has all the info.  "Quick Start" and "User`s Guide" are good starting points.

Nope.
There is no comprehensive manual like a pdf download available. There is an ongoing effort to get all information about this (huge) project as accessible as possible, but it's not at the point where you can just download one document...
