Hi all,

I am wondering where I can buy a Fiire remote from or even whether it is worth buying now as I have seen a lot of bad comments about the customer support from Fiire.

Also the company Polywell which used to sell them, now no longer does.

Fiire now sells them themselves, instead of relying on Polywell.

I have two Fiire Chiefs. They are fantastic remotes. It was their original media director and core hardware that was suspect.

Lol,  is it me or are both these companies the same exact thing.  And if so, why provide both links, why not just provide the one. Just bugging me now, so I had to get it off my chest Smiley

They are related, but are two different companies and operate in two different markets. Dianemo is sold in the UK, Centersonic in DE and other parts of europe.

Just thought I'd add that Centersonic and Dianemo (I work for CHT UK Ltd whoe develop/market Dianemo) are related and share the same LinuxMCE base and also many common enhancements. But they are also tailored to the differing needs of the German & UK markets.

Centersonic is also operating in Spain and Dianemo is or will be available in Northern Ireland, Scandinavia, South America and Malaysia.

If you need any more information please get in touch.

All the best
