MCV Usb stick?
« on: January 19, 2009, 12:43:18 am »
Can someone that has used this please explain the steps to get it to work?  I have this and some HA03C and HA02C zwave modules.  It didn't come with a manual, and the modules say "see the manual for the controller" to setup.  Thanks very much!

The miscasaverde  videos are on you tube.

But i believe you just carry the stick to each switch loaction and hit the sync button.

Yeah it doesn't seem to work like the videos.  I'll contact them.

They haven't been able to solve the problem, they gave me the reset instructions, unfortunately that didn't help either.

Do I need the controller for this?  It doesn't look like I do.  I just need the USB stick and then modules correct?

activate inclusion on the dongle, press the inclusion button on the device (usually the paddle or the tamper switch or any button)

Yeah only one button.  Maybe the device or dongles are not on the same frequency, I was reading how there are US, Europe, and Austrailian frequencies so that might be the problem.  Maybe I have a US stick and EUR modules or something.
