Hi there

I'm very new to linuxmce and linux in general.
But I have an itchy little problem:
Every time I try to start linuxMCE no matter what istallation or way, it
shows up like som sort of remote. Or orbiter as i'ts called in linuxmce.
What to do?

Best Regards
Peter

Hello Peter,

that is exactly the way it works.

You can select any of the buttons on the screen with your mouse, and select your stuff.

Peter-

It sounds like you selected the UI1 from the AV Wizard- take a look at this:  http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Selecting_the_Right_UI  it will probably answer your questions.
