Hi,

Iotum has an interesting service which may be an attractive addon component to Plutohome. I've pasted a brief overview (copied from the Iotum website) below:

the world's first smart platform to intelligently filter, rank and prioritize digital communications. iotum understands which calls your customers want to take, which can wait, and how they want to be reached—a cell phone, landline, VoIP or IM—without them having to think about it.

We call that relevance.

I don't have any relationship with Iotum...just wanted to share my find.

Mike

Edit

Hmm..after further reading this plug-in seems to be too limited. It relies on a connection to MSN Messenger or MS Outlook clients.
