Okay fellas, calling all visual designers for one hell of a constrained challenge.
We need a replacement look for SmallUI, the skin for the Cisco 7970 phone.
It has an unbelievably tight set of constraints which must be followed:
* Must be crisp at 298x168, it is scaled down to that size, original size is 1330x1064
* Must be done entirely with FLAT colors, NO GRADIENTS!
* Must be 16-bit color safe
