I ripped several DVDs to the core. Then after a previous upgrade none of the  ripped DVDs will play. The DVDs are still shown in the movie list with picture and all, and newly burned DVDs play just fine.
Is there a way to recover these lost DVDs?

If you experienced the "UpdateMedia truncated DVD files" bug (i.e. DVD files are now 128 bytes long and contain something that looks like an ID3 tag), then no Sad
