Hi,

There are some nice new features in Asterisk 1.2.x, including the ability to use Dynamic DNS names behaind a NAT firewall. Are there plans to upgrade from the current 1.0.9 version?

Thanks,
James

I'm afraid we are not going to upgrade to new asterisk any time soon. We are working hard to implement some telecom features with what we have now until deadline in march.
Because asterisk 1.2 has changed the api (some small, but also some bigger changes) this will also mean the effort to port everything we created to new asterisk and test it in every possible way. I'm the only person responsable with asterisk/telecom stuff and Ii really can't do all of this.
