Adept still active after md setup in kde on md

Hey all,

just an FYI and maybe a question, when I was setting up a MD over the weekend, I did a boo-boo after the md was up and running I went to kde to change the sound card preferences and I noticed that adept was waiting to install upgrades in the bottom corner. Is this the norm because I installed the updates and THAT WAS NOT A GOOD THING TO DO, LOL. It overwrote my Lirc info and my MCE remote was toast following that update I had to delete the image and reset up that md over again.

Is adept suppose to be active - not sure about this.

no, adept is not supposed to be used. It is the surest way to b0rk a box.

Yes I found out - LOL. It is making it active by default on all the md I have tested it on.
