 Hello,

I have seen it is possible to configure the CoreServer if ou use FT1.2 protocol via COM-port to connect to the EIB bus.(see http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/EIB ) Is it also possible to configure the core to use LAN connection as I use IP Interface N148/21 (EIBnet/IP) to connect to the EIB bus.

we need to rewrite the EIB code to support the eib daemon (eibd). As none of the devs has EIB at home that won't happen soon. I'm just trying to organize some devices, mostly from ebay. You could help with providing the following:

eib power supply with retardation coil
BCU2 with rs232 interface
2 eib devices (sensor/actor)

If you want to donate old hardware you don't need anymore or want to lend EIB equipment for some time, just drop a note.

best regards,
Hari
