Do anyone knows if there is a possibility that some of those mini-pcs will work as media directors?

i think i will try to buy one if anyone got a chance to work, but witch one to you think it is?

The only one I know of is the Asus Eee Box.

However, why not have a look through the wiki for suitable known to work media directors?
