Help Needed on system implementation

Hi,
I have a costumer that wants to implement axiomatization solution for her office.
She wants to have a centralize control for almost everything on her office
Lights
Blinds
audio and video multi room
Climate
Voip

all from orbiter kind remotes

If there is some one that can give me some advise on hardware for the different components of the system.
specially how to distribute audio and video.
Do I need one MD for each zone.?
Can I use some kind of multi zone receiver
etc.
I'm wiling to pay for consultation in the system design.
