Hi all,

Trying to get the kickstart to go here, but it can't probe the cd-rom drive in this server.  Upon googling, I've seen possibilities ranging from a lack of support for the megaraid chip in the 2.6 kernel to needing a floppy with the correct drivers.

When loading "2.4" kernel, it appears to probe the cd-rom okay, but hangs when loading install files - I believe at a glibc component.

I've successfully loaded centos 4.2 (asterisk@home) on this machine previously.

Any help would be greately appreciated.  Thanks!

Update:  I can confirm this same problem on a Poweredge 600sc.  It seems I can load Debian 31rc1 on either machine and it probes the cd-rom just fine.
