I just received an IRTrans, ethernet edition.  I plugged it in to my pluto net, and it didn't recognize the device, although an IP was assigned and I can access the IRTran's management page over http.  Is the IRTrans you have in your database all setup to go a USB only version?

I tried to add an IR trans device my going into wizard->devices->interfaces.  It added, but I'm not able to control anything.

Unfortunately, I've had similar luck trying to get my imon VFD/pad working under LIRC to control my hybrid.

running 0.32

Any suggestions?
