For Videos that do not have cover art assigned, add an option in the admin - cover art section to assign a random scene (say 20 seconds into the video) in the video as the cover art. I have some home movies and music videos that will never show a match in the cover art search so they always show empty. Would be nice to somehow add some cover art for those videos.

go into the video, to the frame you wish to use.

Select Thumbnail from the left menu.
It gives you a list of attributes on the left to apply the thumbnail to.. at the very least, you should select the filename.

The selected thumbnail will then be applied to the video to show in the media list...

done.
