Anyone do a successful beta3 to beta4 upgrade (64bit)?
If so, did you use the DVD or CD's?

Thank you.

I attempted a beta3 to 4 upgrade using the DVD's(64 Bit) but had problems when the core was starting up. It kept cycling through the orbiter generation. System is recently installed and all data is on secondary drive so did a fresh install. Initial findings are that it is much more stable than beta3 but i am having lots of issues with orbiters on PDA devices, which were running fine on Beta3.

I did a 7.04 to 7.10b4 updgrade without any major issues, although it took a lot longer than I expected.

I did this with the i386 DVD and chose the keep settings option.

My upgrade from Beta 3 to Beta 4 (DVD, AMD64) was not successful. I lost TV definition and couldn't add it anymore - after quick reload of router it disappeared. Also I had a strange issue with CM11A. After reloading of router it became disabled. So, I decided to reinstall Beta 4 from the scratch.

I did upgrade from B3 to B4 using the 64 bit CD's last night.  The upgrade went through fine, but now something is wrong with MythTV.  I don't remember the exact error, but when I go to "TV" I get something along the lines of, unable to play this media device in this room....
I'll get specifics on the error and look into when I get home tonight.
