Hi

I expect that this is a really stupid question but how do I add new apps to the KDE desktop ? A new email client for example.  I come from SUSE and YAST is the tool on that distro, I can't find anything obvious on the standard desktop that looks like an app for adding apps. If that's not too incestuous  Lips sealed

Any Pointers ?

Thanks

i believe the add app was taken out of the desktop due to some programs causing conflict...  you can still load programs throught apt-get install, just be aware of possible problems
