Any one else getting this error message from the console dmesg output,
lost some interrupts at 1024
just keeps on looping !!!!

Heh, sounds like a hardware problem..
but it's pretty vague..
maybe if you could post a section of dmesg?

I have had that issue. Plus printk messages. As soon as disabled HPET in BIOS they went away. I did start a thread asking if this would cause any probs but I don't think there were any replies..

Can you provide the details of the hardware your are seeing this on and whether your running 0704 or 0710 LinuxMCE?
