Maybe a silly question, but have you tried setting it up manually in the web-admin?

No I didn't try it. And the reason is that I'd like to solve that problem in a proper way. IMHO it's better to spend more time to solve that then install a few MDs via admin interface Smiley
I agree, but on the other hand it could give you some insights into what the actual problem is.

I added that MD manually from admin interface yesterday. But it was created as ADM64. So, I changed the architecture and press the button 'Setup Diskless'. Usually, that process takes no more one minute. But in my case it started do download and install a lot of packages. In any case will see how it'll boot tonight.
