on the screen is the text:

###package failed (/temp/temp.XTIjr21225)


now the install is stop and do nothing

does any one know the reason for this problem?

Possible causes: bad download/burn/disk/drive/cable, maybe incompatible hardware.  Check the md5sums on the ISOs you downloaded, verify your burns and try switching drive and/or cable, another thing to try is to install Kubuntu (0704 or 0710) to see if that works for starters as that's the base for LMCE.
