710b3 Remote not working in TV and DVD-Mode

I have configured a Q-Sonic PC Remote (compatible to ATI Remote Wonder) by using lirc. Now I can navigate in the orbiter. If I play a MPG-Video it also works.

Problem is: When I want to watch a DVD I can't navigate thru the DVD-Menu. No key is working except the "Menu"-Key, where the DVD starts playing.
When I want to watch TV (VDR) no key is working, i.e. I can't change channels or enter the menu.
In both modes I see in /var/log/pluto/31_LIRC* that the keypresses are recognized.

What can be wrong there?
