Hi,

sorry, currently I'm unaware of such solution. But I guess sooner or later, some more experienced script programmer will appear and write simple script that will traverse media directories, recognize cover art in several "standard" ways (also like Xlobby does) and that will be solution....

Maybe we can start a list of possibilities (I'll start):
1. if same filename exists with .png or.jpg then this is coverart
2. if files have no separate coverarts under 1., then you take existing folder.jpg(png) or .folder or (???).... as cover art
...

Anyone already there ?

Regards,

Bulek.
Thanks in advance,

regards,

Bulek.

Is there any automatic solution so far?

If not, I'm having a hard time changing the covert art to IMDB and assigning it. Is there a tutorial or video explaining it?

Thanks.

I currently use mp3 tag for my music. It lets me clean up any screwy tags and embed the coverart in the tag, so the meta data is there independent of OS. It works great in batch mode, can easily tag huge libraries fast. And its free!

On the surface it may seem like a work around, but I have a large library and using the webadmin is not an option. Winds up being very fast.
