I currently have a self built pc running vista mce connected to a philips plasma but want to use linuxmce.
My questions are can i use my existing mce remote and does anyone know if i can interface to my tv using rs232 and how, tv model number 42pf5521d/10 and i does have an rs323 port. Can anybody give me any information.

do you have a command specification for the serial port? If yes it should be easy to add a new GSD for it.
