so what is the difference between the PLC's and the PLM's?

I don't need an EZBridge, i'd prefer to work everything exclusively inside LinuxMCE itself, putting orbiters in wall mounts.

The PLC is a smarter device.  It has a clock, timers, all kinds of crap...

the PLM is basically a DUMB device.. it allows sending and reception of raw Insteon messages.

I prefer the PLM as it is quicker... the PLC has some speed problems due to the USB interface..

Yeah, if you have a serial port available..

If not, you can go for the PLC.. $10.00 difference in price...
