I don't see why not I have my LMCE running on an old Dell Optiplex GX260 with half the HD space

P4 2.2GHZ
1.5 Gig DDR
120 Gig HD
Hauppage PVR 150 MCE
16x DVD ROM

I may be blind, but I did only see a radio tuner in the specs?
Other than that I have had very good experience with standard HP machines, but I haven't tried this one.
the GeForce7050 may not work perfectly until the 710 release though. (do a search for 7050 on this forum)
