I have smart home devices using power cable signal to control the lightings. How do I integrate into LMCE? Anyone can help in? I willing to pay for this integration work.

That sounds like either Insteon or X10. X10 has already  I've got a beginning implementation working right now that I'd like to release.  There is a lot of work being done now to set up the master repository and allow developers to check in their changes.  With any luck that implementation should be available in the release after the schedule 710 release at the end of november.
