Pan/Tilt/Zoom setting for Panasonic IP camera

Hi all,
i've a strange problem when i try to use a panasonic ip camera with Pan/Tilt function (bl-c 131 is the model). Well i'm able to configure it basically. See first snapshot.

. Next i clik on "View" button and go to this page

. Here, i'm able to see "Commands" with "Pan/Tilt/Zoom" infos. I edit it and insert into the text boxes the url of my pan/Tilt command API. Well. I'm able to see image from camera with linux MCE but Pan/Tilt command don't works.
