I wonder anyone have any standard hardware specification for Linux MCE. Such as IR standard, Lan interface for Alarm System, DVR card for CCTV and wireless signal for wireless cctv camera, remote control IR signal and etc.
I looked for these information from users forum and found a lot of users seem like having problem in installing some recommended hardware. Such as x10 and Zwave. So, I thinking of getting a manufacturer develop a range of standard hardware which work for Linux MCE. (They might already have compatible products which we are not aware of)
Any one want to help in this project?
