Hi everyone,
I'm trying to change the window decorations, but I'm unable to do this.
Is it using kdm, gdm or a specific one for mce?
If it's not kdm, is there a problem to change it back to kdm?

thanks

Here is a wiki article on skinning LinuxMCE.
http://wiki.linuxmce.com/index.php/Create_my_own_skins_or_GUI_for_LinuxMCE

From what I can tell its using a modded version on ratpoison as the WM.

So by this, we can't use kdm, right? Nor even something like beryl or compiz? Please comfirm if  there is a chance of using this.

Thanks

I am not sure of this becasuse i am not currently running LinuxMCE. But from the scouring of the forum I have seen two xsessions be available. Meaning you can have LinuxMCE open under one xsession, and have your normal Kubuntu Desktop open on another. Whether 3d accel is available I am not sure.

Regards,
